In 2017, Republicans in Congress and the Trump administration passed the Republican Tax Law which gave record-breaking tax breaks to the wealthiest individuals and biggest corporations, and did next to nothing for working people.

And over the last few years, some of these same corporations that got big tax breaks have been jacking up prices for everyday people and raking in record-breaking profits.

Now, many of the Republican Tax Law’s provisions are set to expire after 2025. With control of all three branches of government, Trump and congressional Republicans are planning to extend the law and give EVEN MORE tax handouts to corporations and the ultra-wealthy, while putting key programs like Social Security, Medicare, and affordable health care at risk and leaving everyday people to foot the bill.
